📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of CNC machinists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the operation of advanced CNC machines, ensuring high-precision production and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules, optimizing workflows to meet production targets.
• Monitor and maintain quality control processes, ensuring all products meet customer specifications.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to implement process improvements and innovations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and training to machinists, ensuring they stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machine operation and production supervision.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
• Certification in CNC machine operation or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
