📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Integrated Long-Term Care (ILTC) facility, ensuring that all care plans are implemented effectively.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the medical team, ensuring that the needs of each resident are met.
• Oversee the staffing and scheduling of care providers, ensuring that the facility is fully staffed and that all care providers are properly trained and supervised.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, ensuring that it meets the highest standards and that any issues are addressed promptly.
• Develop and implement programs to promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all care provided, ensuring that all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Collaborate with external healthcare providers and specialists to ensure that residents receive the best possible care.
• Represent the facility at community events and meetings, promoting the benefits of our care services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the aged care sector.
• Certification in Integrated Long-Term Care (ILTC) or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using healthcare software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Experience in managing budgets and financial planning for healthcare facilities.
