OHC Operator - Overhead Crane Specialist

In this role, you'll work closely with our team to ensure that all overhead crane operations are conducted safely and efficiently. You'll be responsible for inspecting and maintaining our cranes, as well as training and supervising other team members. With your expertise and dedication, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate overhead cranes to load, unload, and move heavy materials and equipment within the facility
• Inspect and maintain overhead cranes to ensure they are in safe and operational condition
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
• Train and supervise other team members in the safe and efficient operation of overhead cranes
• Monitor crane operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Report any malfunctions or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
• Participate in regular safety drills and inspections to maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain accurate records of crane operations and maintenance activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an OHC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing or logistics environment
• Valid certification as an OHC Operator, such as the International Certificate of Competence (ICC) or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to overhead crane operations
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and management
• Familiarity with overhead crane control systems and software, such as WinchPro or similar
• Physical fitness and strength to safely operate and move heavy materials and equipment
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required
