In this role, you will work closely with our e-commerce team to manage and optimize our product listings, inventory, and customer service processes. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products are accurately listed and promoted across leading e-commerce platforms, and for managing our inventory to ensure that we have the right products in stock at the right time. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our marketplace customers, and for resolving any issues that may arise.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize product listings across leading e-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Bukalapak.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
• Provide excellent customer service to marketplace customers, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our processes and systems.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that our e-commerce systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to network with other professionals and stay informed about the latest developments in the e-commerce industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace administration.
• Proven experience with e-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, or Bukalapak.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Certification in e-commerce or marketplace administration is a plus.
