As an Audit Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the audit team. You will work closely with our clients to understand their financial needs and ensure that our audit services meet their expectations. You will also be involved in the development and implementation of new audit processes and procedures. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the audit team, ensuring that all audits are completed on time and to the highest standards of accuracy.
• Manage audit projects from start to finish, working closely with clients to understand their financial needs and ensure that our audit services meet their expectations.
• Develop and implement new audit processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure that all financial processes are in line with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide training and mentoring to junior auditors to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
• Prepare and present audit reports to clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the financial services industry and ensure that our audit services reflect the latest best practices.
• Work closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure that all financial processes are integrated and efficient.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Professional certification in accounting or a related field, such as CPA or ACCA.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues in financial processes.
• Proficient in the use of audit software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
