📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide daily care, supervision, and educational activities for infants and toddlers.
• Create a safe and engaging environment that promotes learning and development.
• Implement age-appropriate activities and routines to support the growth and well-being of children.
• Monitor and maintain a clean and organized play area.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure the smooth operation of the program.
• Record and report on the progress and development of each child.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the well-being of the children.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education or childcare.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., Early Childhood Educator, Montessori, or Play-Based Learning).
• Strong knowledge of child development and learning theories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
