📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and networks, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
- Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring optimal operation and availability.
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
- Implement and manage security measures to protect our IT infrastructure from threats.
- Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT systems align with business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements.
- Document all IT processes and procedures for future reference.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT systems and support.
- Proficient in using ITIL framework for IT service management.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Knowledge of networking protocols and devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
