📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues to minimize downtime.
Implement and configure new network and system solutions.
Ensure the security and integrity of our network and system infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
Provide technical support to end-users and clients.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in IT networking and systems.
Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT networking and systems.
Proficiency in networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
Experience with network management tools such as Cisco Prime, SolarWinds, or Nagios.
Knowledge of system administration and server management.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
