📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the daily operations of the villa, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for guests.
• Oversee housekeeping and maintenance, maintaining the villa's pristine condition.
• Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure all areas are cleaned and prepared according to high standards.
• Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, providing personalized service.
• Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring the villa is well-stocked for guest needs.
• Handle special requests and arrangements to meet the unique needs of our guests.
• Maintain open communication with the housekeeping supervisor and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a butler or housekeeping role.
