📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft, including engines, avionics, and systems.
Conduct thorough inspections and tests to ensure compliance with EASA Part-145 and FAA Part-145 standards.
Troubleshoot technical issues and develop effective solutions to maintain aircraft airworthiness.
Document all maintenance activities accurately and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance programs.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field.
Licensed Aircraft Engineer (B1.1 / B2) certification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the MRO sector, preferably with experience on regional jets and narrow-body airliners.
Proven track record of performing maintenance tasks on various aircraft types.
Familiarity with EASA Part-145 and FAA Part-145 standards and regulations.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
