📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement safety programs and procedures to minimize workplace risks.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and best practices.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance, ensuring compliance with sustainability standards.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of safety and environmental considerations into all operations.
• Maintain accurate records of safety and environmental data, and prepare reports for management.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices, and ensure the organization’s compliance with all relevant laws and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the mining or natural resources sector.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or Environmental Management Systems (EMS), such as ISO 45001 or ISO 14001.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using safety management software, such as SAP, or similar tools.
• Ability to travel and work in remote locations as required.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and environmental sustainability.
