📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft, including engines, avionics, and systems.
• Conduct thorough inspections and tests to ensure compliance with EASA Part-145 and FAA Part-145 standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and develop effective solutions to maintain aircraft airworthiness.
• Document all maintenance activities accurately and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance programs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Aircraft Engineer (B1.1 / B2) certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the MRO sector, preferably with experience on regional jets and narrow-body airliners.
• Proven track record of performing maintenance tasks on various aircraft types.
• Familiarity with EASA Part-145 and FAA Part-145 standards and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
