📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and report adverse drug reactions to regulatory authorities and healthcare providers.
• Analyze and interpret pharmacovigilance data using tools like MedDRA and VigiBase.
• Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations, including ICH E2B(R2).
• Conduct risk management activities to identify and mitigate potential drug safety issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve drug safety incidents.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to healthcare professionals on drug safety best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in pharmacovigilance through continuous learning and certification.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or a related role.
• Certification in pharmacovigilance, such as the ICH E2B(R2) or WHO E2B.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in using pharmacovigilance software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
