📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and oversee the construction of plantation infrastructure, including roads, drainage systems, and other essential facilities.
• Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure projects with plantation activities.
• Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on project status and challenges.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve infrastructure development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on plantation infrastructure.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction regulations and best practices.
