📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage vehicle maintenance schedules using SAP and other relevant software.
• Track and report fuel consumption and expenses.
• Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to ensure timely vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor vehicle mileage and usage to optimize fleet efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain vehicle inspection reports and records.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly fleet reports.
• Handle administrative tasks related to vehicle fleet management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in vehicle fleet management or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and other fleet management software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards related to vehicle operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
