Sentral Eko Restaurant is seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our restaurant management systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and a passion for food service technology.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for restaurant management systems,Collaborate with software developers and engineers to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content,Develop user manuals, guides, and other instructional materials for restaurant staff,Write and edit technical articles, white papers, and other content to support our products and services,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide training and support to restaurant staff on the use of our management systems,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the food service industry,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and practices,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with restaurant management systems and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and collaboration skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
