📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, ensuring they are motivated and productive.,Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Coordinate and supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and abilities.,Attend and participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other relevant events.,Maintain open and effective communication with team members, managers, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong understanding of property management and sales processes.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to property management.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
