Infineon Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Reliability Technician to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and quality of our semiconductor manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our products and processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct reliability testing and analysis on semiconductor devices and processes,Develop and implement reliability improvement plans to address identified issues,Monitor and analyze reliability data to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications,Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve reliability-related problems,Perform failure analysis and root cause determination on defective devices,Develop and maintain reliability test plans and procedures,Provide technical guidance and training to junior reliability technicians,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in semiconductor reliability

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor reliability testing and analysis,Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies,Proficiency in reliability test equipment and software tools,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and teamwork skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,Familiarity with industry standards such as MIL-STD-883, JEDEC, or ISO/IEC 16249
