PERSOL is seeking a highly experienced Senior Event Manager to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and B2B events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event management and a deep understanding of the local market. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, organize, and execute MICE and B2B events from conception to completion.,Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional event experiences.,Manage event budgets, including vendor negotiations and cost control.,Coordinate with venue managers, caterers, and other service providers to ensure smooth event execution.,Oversee event marketing and promotional activities to attract attendees.,Monitor event logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and entertainment.,Evaluate event performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, preferably in the MICE or B2B sector.,Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale events.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with event management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
