📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.,Set and track sales targets, providing regular performance reviews and feedback to team members.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product expansion and market penetration.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of sales efforts.,Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in previous roles.,Strong knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the Retail & Consumer Products sector.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
