📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing training, coaching, and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Participate in product launches and promotions to drive sales.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
