In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving organizational growth through effective talent management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Indonesian labor market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support organizational goals.,Lead and mentor HR team members to ensure effective performance.,Manage employee benefits, compensation, and performance management.,Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement.,Represent the company in HR-related matters and negotiations with stakeholders.,Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
