📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.Support the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies.Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.Handle administrative tasks related to HR, such as processing payroll, benefits, and leave requests.Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all HR-related interactions.Provide general HR support to the organization, including advising on HR-related matters.Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Recent graduate or professional with limited HR experience.Good understanding of HR principles and practices.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well in a team and independently.Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.🛠️ Keahlian
