📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.,Ensure the security and integrity of the IT infrastructure.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to end-users.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support roles.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.,Experience with IT security best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
