📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze and document current business processes using tools like Microsoft Visio and Lucidchart.
Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement through data analysis with SQL and Excel.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable IT solutions.
Develop and implement process improvement strategies that align with business goals.
Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IT and business process management.
Provide training and support to end-users on new IT solutions and processes.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Business Process Analysis or a similar role.
Proven experience with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, and BPMN.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or similar process management frameworks are a plus.
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
