📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure they are administered correctly.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the planning and execution of training programs.,Support the management team in strategic HR planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Understanding of company policies and procedures.
