Makmur Indra Mart is looking for a dedicated HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee relations, including performance management, training, and development.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents.,Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a retail or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
