Hokian Kirana Laundry is looking for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our food offerings. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Ensure the quality and consistency of food offerings.,Supervise and mentor kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and purchasing.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Participate in cost control and budgeting.,Handle customer complaints and feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and international cuisines is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Valid food handler's permit.
