📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media content.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
