📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.,Monitor branch finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.,Participate in training and development programs for employees.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role in a similar organization.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and improving branch performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of financial management and reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.
