📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.,Manage and train staff to ensure high levels of customer service and food quality.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing staff and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and food cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience with POS systems and sales analysis tools is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
