Bidang Kirana Bakery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team in Palu. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our bakery outlets in the region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the bakery outlets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Manage a team of staff, providing training, coaching, and support to ensure they meet performance targets.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the bakery and attract new customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, expenses, and other key performance indicators.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and development, and implement strategies to achieve these goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the bakery or food service industry.
  • A degree in a related field, such as business administration, hospitality management, or culinary arts.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian language is a must.
