📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in developing and executing the menu.,Manage and train a team of chefs to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.,Oversee the preparation of dishes, ensuring they are cooked to perfection and served on time.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following health and safety regulations.,Ensure the availability and proper use of kitchen equipment and utensils.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.,Participate in inventory management and cost control processes.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing a team of chefs.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
