📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Manage a team of workers, ensuring safety compliance and high-quality workmanship.,Prepare and submit progress reports and other project documentation.,Ensure all construction activities adhere to local regulations and company standards.,Maintain strong communication with the project manager and other stakeholders.,Provide guidance and support to junior staff to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in Bali.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with local regulations and building codes in Bali.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
