CV Garuda Sakti is seeking a talented and dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we source high-quality materials and services at competitive prices. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.,Develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure we have access to the best products and services at competitive prices.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient procurement processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
