Toko Kirana Laundry is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team. As a remote HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations and ensuring a positive employee experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with managers to gather information for performance reviews and conduct performance appraisals.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and documentation.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing payroll and benefits administration.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
