📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales teams in the assigned area.,Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.,Conduct market analysis and customer research to identify opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing roles.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and sales management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the retail or FMCG industry is a plus.
