📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the food market.,Manage and mentor a team of staff to achieve operational goals.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocking as needed.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Participate in regular training and development programs for staff.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and customer service.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.
