📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
