📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain telecommunication equipment such as fiber optics, microwave links, and base stations.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and performance of our network infrastructure.
• Perform site surveys and provide technical recommendations to optimize network performance.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion of projects and delivery of high-quality services.
• Document all activities and maintain accurate records of equipment and network performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure that our network infrastructure is always state-of-the-art.
• Provide technical support to customers and ensure that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Network+, or similar are a plus.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, and other network monitoring and analysis software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various sites across Bali.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
