PT Hasta Maritim is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to enhance customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to boost sales.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Participate in store improvement initiatives to enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and customer preferences is an advantage.
